We pay the Minnesota sales tax for you. We are a Minnesota Corporation. Returns and Refunds - We accept returns within 45 days from the date that the order was received. You will need to send an e-mail to AllSeasonsHealth@cs.com or call us at 866-855-1238 for instructions. You will need a return authorization number. Damaged or Defective Items - If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace the item, we pay the cost of shipping the replacement to you, and we pay the cost of returning the defective item to us. In rare instances, replacement may not be possible if the item becomes discontinued or out of stock. In that event, we will offer a refund or substitute. Exchanges - If you are not satisfied with a product, we will happily exchange it for another of equal or lesser value within 45 days of receipt. Problems after 45 Days - All merchandise we sell is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
